1. Nature of the Service (Critical Clause)

• Dream Car Rides is an introduction, referral, and advertising platform only.

• Dream Car Rides:

• Does not sell ride experiences

• Does not provide vehicles or drivers

• Does not organise, book, schedule, or manage rides

• Does not process payments

• Does not set prices

• Does not guarantee availability of any vehicle

• Does not act as an agent, broker, or representative for car owners or customers

• Our sole function is to:

• Display vehicle listings submitted by car owners, and

• Forward customer enquiries to the business owner, who may then pass them on to the relevant car owner.

• All arrangements occur entirely between the car owner and the customer after introduction.

​2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

“Website” means the Dream Car Rides website and all associated pages.

“Car Owner” means any person who submits vehicle details for potential listing.

“Customer” means any person who browses listings or submits an enquiry.

“Listing” means a vehicle displayed on the Website.

“Enquiry” means a customer submission expressing interest in a listed vehicle.

“Experience” means any ride, drive, transport, or vehicle-related activity arranged privately between a Car Owner and a Customer.

3. Eligibility

• By using this Website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or

• You are accessing the Website under the supervision of a legal guardian.

4. Vehicle Listings

4.1 Listing Approval

• Submission of vehicle details does not guarantee publication.

• We reserve the right to approve, reject, remove, suspend, or modify any listing at our sole discretion and without notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Listings

• Vehicle descriptions, images, and details are provided by Car Owners.

• We do not verify ownership, roadworthiness, insurance status, licensing, or legality of any vehicle.

• We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, condition, safety, or suitability.

5. Enquiries and Introductions

5.1 Enquiry Process

• Customers may submit an enquiry for a listed vehicle.

• Enquiries are sent to Dream Car Rides and may be forwarded to the relevant Car Owner.

• Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee a response.

5.2 No Obligation to Proceed

• Car Owners are under no obligation to respond to or accept any enquiry.

  • Customers are under no obligation to proceed with any arrangement.

6. No Responsibility for Experiences

Dream Car Rides has no involvement in any Experience.

Specifically, we are not responsible for:

• Scheduling

• Pricing

• Route selection

• Vehicle condition

• Driver behaviour

• Passenger behaviour

• Safety equipment

• Licensing or permits

• Insurance coverage

• Compliance with road laws

All responsibility rests solely with the Car Owner and Customer.

7. Payments and Financial Arrangements

• Dream Car Rides does not accept payments for rides.

• We do not hold funds, deposits, or fees related to any Experience.

• Any payment arrangements are strictly private between the Car Owner and Customer.

We are not responsible for:

• Payment disputes

• Refunds

• Cancellations

• No-shows

• Pricing disagreements

8. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any Experience arranged after introduction through this Website, you acknowledge that:

• Vehicle-related activities involve inherent risks

• Accidents, injury, property damage, or death may occur

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Experience

Dream Car Rides accepts no liability for any outcome of an Experience.

 

9. Release and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to:

• Release Dream Car Rides from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Use of the Website

  • Any listing

  • Any enquiry

  • Any Experience

• Indemnify Dream Car Rides against any claims made by third parties arising from your actions or arrangements.

 

10. Conduct Requirements

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information

• Misuse contact details obtained via the Website

• Harass, threaten, or abuse any other user

• Use the Website for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to block access or remove listings for breaches.
